If we discover any problems with your windows, we will bring these to your attention while cleaning. The following is NOT included in regular window cleaning.
These require extra time and tools to remedy, so we will add them to the quote upon request. If your windows have any of these problems, be sure to let us know so we can ensure the job can be completed the way you want it to be done.
No. We clean for plenty of clients while they are away. If you're comfortable with it, we are happy to clean for you if you're unable to be home for the service. Feel free to hide a key somewhere for us or share your garage code, etc.

We are happy to do move some things if needed. At a certain point we may need to charge a fee for the added time.
This is no problem, however at least 2-3 days notice would be greatly appreciated. Please give us as much notice as possible.
Less than 24 hours cancelation notice may incur a $50-$75 non refundable fee to be put back on the schedule, or we may simply have to refuse future service.
We know our clients are happy by the reviews, referrals, and re-bookings, but if you're not sure if you want to try us out, or worried because you've never seen our work before, remember that you don't pay until you're happy. Simple as that.
If you're not happy, we'll make it right. You don't pay a dime unless you're satisfied.
Each pane of glass is scrubbed by hand, including the high exterior windows using a ladder.
Your windows will receive a spot and streak-free shiny finish and our job isn’t done until you are satisfied. The edges of each window are hand-dried with a towel so the perimeters are as clean as the rest of the glass. No solution, drips, or residue will be left on the windows, floors, furniture, sills, frames, or anywhere else. Extra precaution will of course be used around any electronics and other vulnerable items.
When cleaning screens, we remove, wash and dry the mesh and frames, wipe up the exterior window track, and reinstall. Any remaining solution is cleaned up, and the sill is wiped. At the end of every job, we complete a walkthrough to look for an occasional touch-up.
*Be sure to mention if you'd like the quote to include cleaning for small basement hopper windows at ground level, and/or block windows.

Rain should not spot your windows, (unless it bounces of railings, tree leaves, or the window sill) however we stand behind our work and we'll come touch up your windows upon request. Satisfaction guaranteed!
During/before cleaning;
If the weather forecast shows heavy rain, we will contact you about rescheduling. To dodge rain, we may be able to adjust the starting time, or we can begin the cleaning inside, or outside depending on the hourly rain forecast.

If there's any issue with the lights, reach out to us right away so we can take care of it.
Otherwise, takedowns start in mid January. We'll knock and get to work. Fyi, we don't really do any correspondence about takedown details. No appointments needed.

No matter the weather, we take our safety very seriously and you don't need to worry, we will not do anything that is not safe.
For rain we play it by ear and decide the morning of the job. Very often the weather is forecasted for a horrible day that turns out just fine for doing the work.
For snow / ice we will likely have to reschedule. Feel free to reach out to us incase we forgot to check weather.
