We may be able to remove some as a courtesy, but generally, different chemicals, equipment, and additional time is needed to remove these, and is therefore not included in a regular cleaning.

After cleaning; 

Rain water should not spot your windows, however we stand behind our work and we'll come touch up your windows upon request. Satisfaction guaranteed! 

During/before cleaning;

If the weather forecast shows heavy rain, we will contact you about rescheduling. To dodge rain, we may be able to start later, or earlier, or we can begin the cleaning inside, or outside depending on the hourly rain forecast. If the rain is not too heavy, we will just work in the rain. We won't melt.

Some window cleaners spray some water or use an extension pole but we ladder up to each and every window and hand-scrub each pane of glass. This ensures every window is crystal clear, as well as free of spots and streaks.

No. We've cleaned for plenty of other clients while they were out or away. If you're comfortable with it, we are happy to clean for you if you're unable to be home for the service. 

Cash is preferred, if it is possible. Besides cash, we also accep checks, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, cryptocurrency, etc. No credit cards.

Currently it's just me but I would love some help. If you know anyone that would be a good fit, send a message! In the next couple years, the goal is to have several teams out cleaning every day.

What is your time worth? If it takes us 3-4 hours to clean all the windows, it will probably take 8 hours or more for many of my clients to clean their own windows. That's assuming time is actually set aside to do it instead of putting it off. 

Also consider the risk; climbing ladders is very dangerous. One wrong move can cause a fall. Even at just 6ft, a fall from that height can result in a very serious injury or even death.

Hard water stains look like water drops, and are caused from sprinklers hitting the windows, or cleaning the windows by spraying them with water from the hose. The water evaporates, leaving the minerals behind and require special chemicals and time to remove. 

Hard water stain removal is not included in regular window cleaning, so please let us know if your windows require hard water stain removal.

We use a scrubber and squeegee to hand-clean every window. Ladders get us up to higher settings. Our favorite abrasives are a combination of magic eraser, #0000 steel wool, and a razor. All of the gear we use is professional grade to ensure safety, and to get the best results possible.
