In Michigan, we serve Howell, Brighton, Hartland, Highland, Fowlerville, Pinckney, Fenton, Holly, Linden, Hamburg, Whitmore Lake, Milford, Wixom, Novi, and Commerce. Depending on the season, we may consider traveling further.
In Florida, we serve Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, and the surrounding areas.
For residential, most of our clients request 1-2 cleanings per year. It depends on the type of environment your home is surrounded by, and how clean you like things to be.
For commercial window cleaning, it will also depend on the environment but most of our clients want service every 4-6 weeks.
Window, tracks, and screen cleaning, screen repair, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, solar panel cleaning, high dusting, and more.
During the off-season we offer holiday light installation, painting, and drywall repair.
We quote each job individually, based on how long it will take to complete the work. Either send us photos of each side of your home from the exterior, or we can come out to see the house in-person.
Residential
- Residential window cleaning will cost roughly $7 per pane inside and out (on average).
- Screen cleaning $4-$6 each, depending on size. Removed, washed, reinstalled.
- Track cleaning $4-$7 each, depending on type and difficulty.
- Window jams (area surrounding crank-out windows) ~$4 each.
- Rain gutter cleaning $1.25-$2 per linear foot.
- Screen re-mesh $25-$55 each.
Ball-park price for residential; average homes range between $250-$500 which includes inside, outside, screens, and may include deep cleaning of the tracks. Large homes can cost upwards of $1,000. Contact us for a free quote.
